Can anyone help to verify, is the Makkasan station open yet? And the lines operate from 6am to 12am?

When I was there in mid Aug, the Makksan station was closed and the train only operates certain hours in the morning and evening. Travelling by the express lines save us a lot of money rather than paying the highway tolls and extra charges taking taxi to town.
