I believe you are refering to MAndrain, now know as Good care hotel. Yes, there is a casino in there. THe ticket is free is u are going there. Ususally, you need to provide the name of the person selling casino chips. And there is a bus waiting to take you there. There is more than 1 casino there providing such services. THe other one should be Marina. I believe they are the same group. Usually, u pay for the trip first, then you get the rebate. Details I am not too sure becos I do not take the boat as my company provide the tickets for me!
