Come to think of it, he is not new actually. This fat fella used to work in L2062 and then he quits a few months ago. Now he rejoined at L1651. He is actually generally ok but he does not like to chase the OKT for outside WL. This aspect he is lazy and he was always chided by OKT Lorna while in L2062.
