Prices will always head north, same in SG and everywhere else. Important is whether we get value for spending and feel happy after the experience. LT 4000/4500 for a good true LT hottie with some GFE and companionship to after hours followed by a good bonk with no "dog at home nobody feed" kind of lame excuse to take off early. Hell, I may pay 5k if I feel worth it but who can guarantee? Sometimes after barfine like changed girl! All depends on luck and chemistry; there would be highs and lows so just relax and take it easy is the way.

Back here in SIANgapore, 130/90/2 also similar to ST with less of an experience, just f and forget.
