I had checked the records from her assistant. Your clock in time is "3.45pm exactly" Yes, she keep all the records in case of any dispute. She is already in this line for several yrs and she does NOT believe in cutting short unless you came way way too late that the next guest already waiting.

Your appointment time is 4pm which you fixed one day before but you came early at her place at 3.45pm. It is in black and white record and won't go wrong. Pls go and recall again as it wont be fair if your statement is unintentional incorrect. She did not even make a single sms/calls to delay your time too.
