1. Is Sukhumvit more happening than Patpong?
2. Will it be more convenient if i stay at Sukhumvit or Silom if we are looking at night entertainment and food?
3. What's the market rate for LT?
Pardon me if the above questions have been asked and answered but really, 800+ pages without any consolidation is scary.
