New arrival of stocks may take sometime as it needs to go thru a process. The AV allows application of new stocks from L8 first. Then follow by L12, L16, L18 and finally L20 & L28. The OKTs would have to submit application forms plus the potential WLs' copies of birth certs/passports. The WL will then go for mandatory medical checkup before they can commence work in GL. The total process would take about 2-3 months max. Therefore, you would not see new stocks start work at 54A till May-June timeframe. If I am not wrong, this week the OKT of L16 will be submitting their applications to AV for interim approval.
