As it turns out, you are the luckier of us two. While you experienced a long delay, I was faced with not one but two consecutive no-shows in arranging a session with Ms Keiko. Both of which I could've been informed of well in advance, but only made known fifteen minutes past the appointment time. Glad to see that you found her worth the trouble. As for me, i think i'd have better luck elsewhere... a pity, really.
