Fei Er balek kampong about 3 weeks ago. Xiao Xue still around but better call to book if not, unlikely you can get a slot considering her current popularity.
OKT Hua has submitted new applicants to AV last week for approval. If everything moves smoothly, the whole process would take about at least a month plus or so for the new batch to commence work.
