Well let me make it simple if u see a Chinese which they r able to speak in hokkien or mandarin but if u see a indo the chance of them tht speak in English is very uncommon & some indo speak in Javanese so even our local malay may not understand their language.
Well if u have money then the problem is not a problem
Some of the chinese driver also have problem speaking english but they will understand a bit
