Each and every WL has to start from somewhere unless they already have lots of experience in this skin trade back in China or somewhere else. We punters need to be forgiving and let them time to learn and hopefully they will pick up the skill fast to blosom into another Xiao Man, Moon, Miko, Coco or Amy, depending on their attitude to learn lor. Therefore FR with objective criticism is good for newbie WL.
