Like I stated before: Massage is the best introduction.
Try get into arrangement with a masseuse, and you may have a really good companion for a few days, weeks even.
Then have to say goodbye!
Possibly come back sometime.

Works surprisingly well.
(I had one who after 2nd visit to BKK came to kiss goodbye at airport, sweet eh?)
