I've never had a facebook account. Nobody in my family has a facebook account.

I've told everyone I care about NOT to have a facebook account because it's simply an exercise in vanity and serves no practical purpose whatsoever.

I've managed to convince most of them to either close their accounts or not start one in the first place.

There are much better ways of sharing information. It's called email. It's been around since the start of the internet.

Just close your account and get the rest of your family to do the same.
