CBD still have some places which I tried previously.
-There is 1 open cp near to the mac which is dark at night.
-The hawker center on the second floor. Not dark but no one go there at night.
-Some of the shophouses have staircase to second floor which no one use at night.
-Roadside parking.... at night very few people will walk pass. Else off engine and no one will know you are inside.
-CP of some of the buildings.
