I had to cut up the original post on poppy in so many parts that some of it got lost on the way.... It all started with my 1st booking with her, when i arrived on time, waited for 20 min in the heat, after which I called her: she had overran previous appointments and if I could wait another 20 minutes... Not pleased: if you're late have the decency to SMS me: I had rushed to get there on time even though i am busy at work. Mood was gone, left for home. Unfortunately that's not where it ended...
