However, always I say, cavaet emptor... if u cannot speak Thai or have 1 or 2 nights in Bangkok then advise you stick to tourist friendly zones of Patpong, Soi Cowboy, Nana Plaza and even Tharmae Cafe. Not true that girls working in SK are "stupid" and not want to service Ippun, farang or any kwai thanchart in Sukhumvit for more bahts. Its called comfort zone, something which most people r happy with, why izzit u always go back to the same places time after time? Same some girls are juz contented serving kon Thais who know how to "poh-loh-soh" them... something we Sinkies need to learn. Not always about the bahts.
I've been to all the after hours clubs of Mixx, Insomnia, Scratch Dog, Climax, Shock etc... all in tourist areas so naturally have more thancharts than kon Thais. You compare Orchard Towers and Geylang. Which ones u see have more foreigners? Inevitable u will compete with farangs, ippuns, gao li's & even sinkies for girls in Sukhumvit.
Important is not get too drunk, lower your expectations and go with an open mind. Then you will enjoy Thailand. Too many bros have such high expectations and think that bahts can solve anything go home disappointed.
