Just for your info, every girl who comes to Balai usually works for a 6 month contract only. They are mostly from Bandung and Medan, Jakarta which is quite rare, and maybe other states. 99% of the time is Indonesian. The 1% is Indon-Chinese which I chanced upon once, but regretted not booking her. Just too bad, hor? There will be definitely be language barrier for Singapore Chinese bros, unless you can speak good Malay. What to do? Don't worry, let Google translate do all the work for you. Use the hotel's Wi-Fi, not your data roaming, unless you mind paying the high bills. It may feel awkward, as the only way to communicate is through your smart phone. But the girl will understand why it has to be like that, rather then both of you trying so hard to make each other understand whatever you are saying. You can ask the girl any questions you want to ice break, she can do so in return. Build up some chemistry before bonking.
I shall start off with the first ever girl I booked. As the 3 of us were noob to the booking scene, uncle agreed to tag along with us. Hotel driver drove us to the happening places. There are only 2 concentration of booking houses/villas at Balai up to this day, but they are quite close to each other. I hasten myself, moving from villa to villa and trying my best to filter out the girls leaving behind the few girls which I wanted by capturing into my memory. Finally, I settled for a long haired decent girl who looked quite young to me. Uncle came over and helped me bargain. I forgot how much he bargained for me already, but it was pretty cheap. Then he help my friend bargain too. After that, my other friend was still undecided. Uncle told him don't be so choosy, so he made a final choice and uncle helped him bargain the price. We gave our hotel and room numbers to the pimps upon payment. Hotel driver fetched us back while we waited in our hotel rooms.
