Open uni like Ramkhampheng (sorry can't remember the spelling) in Bangkok has no age limit and where most of them go. Heard standard of graduates also so-so but if u talking about a top Thai uni like Chula then there is an age limit.

Isn't the "mafia" in Thailand the police? They are the biggest "mafia" around. Involved in prostitution i.e. AGG bars, massage parlors, extortion i.e soi motocy concessions and gambling i.e dens, cock fighting. The only thing they dun really get involved in is drugs?
