Wow thank you for the long and informative reply, really appreciated. I'm already addicted, been addicted to the movies since I first stumbled upon them. As far as dungeons go - as ydgduo mentioned, there is the AlphaInn which is
very impressive as they have many different BDSM styled rooms. Many Japanese SM videos are filmed there. But it is quite expensive and from my experience it may be hard to get the specific room you want.
There is a love hotel in Kabuki Cho called La Pia that has a small SM themed room. It is close to the offices of Sweet Devil. La Pia is rather cheap compared to Alpha Inn. For La Pia, La Siora would probably require you to pay for the Mistress taxi to get there.

What months would fall-winter include in Japan?
Any ideas on where to stay in Tokyo when not having a session? I can go cheap here as long as it safe and has internet. I'd rather spend the real money towards the sessions.
