I don't think there is a movie for this. It's a photoshoot by Sniper Eve, a mistress magazine from Japan. Mistress Akiho did star in 1 video. I don't think it would be appropriate to share it here, as judging from the way she pixels her face, I think she wants less publicity nowadays. If my memory serves me right, she has some other full time commitments.
Age does catch up on everyone, and I have had dommes telling me that they no longer wish to be so intimately involved in the scene, as some intend to start a family or settle down (maybe with a slave). They are humans after all, not superwomen that we envision them to be.
Actually the La Siora system is like a conveyor belt. Girls with practically zero knowledge get employed, and as long as they are relatively good learners, they will start to become baby dommes.
