any bro going thru divorce ?

i have a few question to ask .

1) how much is it to "enquiry" from the lawyer firm
2) how much is it to engage the lawyer

situation -

1) husband found thru msg about his wife scandal
2) screen shot those msg ( i love you , i miss you bla bla bla )
3) claim he have enough proof to divorce the wife
4) no actual proof ( no photo of "bed action" )

is it enough to go court like that ?
husband claim he already check with "lawyer" , somemore got the custody plan ( how much the payment monthly , who will get the kids bla bla bla )
