Conflicted to visit brothel and lose V card

Hi, I don't know this is the right place to post nor have anywhere I could post it but here goes anyway. This is also probably very dumb to you all but just bear with me.

I am in my late 20s and still a evergreen virgin. My friend has been joking that when I go overseas soon, I should go visit a brothel "particularly a rather ex one" and get it over with.

Well the dumb internal conflict is that I have been talking a girl for quite awhile now, nothing serious happen between us so far, "just go out a few times" but she did hint that maybe could develop into something more if interested. Although I am mostly pessimistic and unsure what would happen in the future. We get along fine, but.. not sure if got spark between us.

So yeah.. if I wasn't talking to her beforehand, I probably just go overseas brothel and lose it without care but.. it now makes me guilty that if I go overseas and lose it, I would have to live with myself about my decision. If somehow get into a R/S next time with her, would have this guilt.

One worry is STD, the other worry is if didn't work out. I would start visiting FL/ML and burn my $$$ without control.

On the otherhand, if I don visit a brothel overseas and the potential R/S didnt work out in the end. Well.. wasted opportunity overseas then.

Sorry, this seems like a silly rant. Just don't have anyone to talk about this to.

Don't over-think it. In a lifetime, the average person would engage in sex thousands of times. The first time is nothing special - just a nominal milestone. Best get over it asap. As it is, you are already way behind schedule.
