SEEK COVER! (Cover not concealment)
hit the mag release lever and either drop the mag or store the mag
(dont bother go look see the ejection port lah)
pull the cocking handle (otherwise known as T-Bar) many many times.
Check that your bolt carrier returns fully to battery
retrieve a new magazine from your webbing and insert into the magazine well.
pull the cocking handle to chamber the first round and carry on with the mission.

A round may be assembled without powder, this is a fault of the manufacturing process.

Such a round is called a squib round and when fired there is little if no recoil/slide movement and care must be taken not to continue firing but instead pull the weapon's action to eject the faulty round and chamber a fresh round from the ammo feeding device.

WARNING: not ejecting the faulty round may lead to a double feed jam or even weapon explosion

Bro u still using M16 har... now no T-Bar liao... just did my Sar conversion course few yrs back... think its time to upgrade urs if not u always kena IA liao... haha
