Just to share my experience.
Was caught in TN center in the East three years ago, in the middle of riding the horse, someone just band on the door shouting open the door, luckily was locked, I still blur blur getting very angry, thought of someone trying to be funny, but the gals was very kum cheong, push me away, fast hand fast leg take out my CD, then throw out the windows, and dress up within the next 10 sec before they force open the door! I was still laying in the massage bed with my birthday suit!...........

All customer stayed in the room, all gals line up sitting outside sofa, and all HP swith off and take out battery, put on the table.....

Customer with IC admitted what you have done, just record and then can go back, I asked one of the officier, what is next? He replied, since you admitted, then you can go, otherwise will inform your family to bail you from the police station, pending for further court case. As for the gals, so long as you don't try to be "hero", if she admit, they will be sent back to China, otherwise the customer need to attend the court to testify her............

This is my truth experience..........just to share with bros

My friend kana similar case as bro nqlfkr, caught both nuded in HC. They told his IC asked him to wait and let him go later. No news until now, hing.....

from my understanding that i heard from, nowadays they will brg u back to the station 1st. They will not charge you, but they will call ur wife up if u r married, and call ur mother up if u r single asking them to bail u out. Then u will realize u got a good time to do a very detail explanation to either ur wife or mother. So bros pls be very careful when u guys chiong. Cheers

If you make noise in submitting the IC, they may bring you back for statement for not co-operating during investigation.

They also can call your family members to confirm your marital status. If you do not co-operate to produce a honest statement (aginst what they saw), they surely will inform your wife/parents to put you on bail.

The best is not to make unnecessary noise during spot check and get out of it. Their target are the HC/TN or the gals,not the customer.

What your lawyer friend said is very correct. Even my friends who are ex-lawyers said that too. That's they cannot decide who can bail you.

So any tom, dick or harry can bail you.

But they have all rights to contact your spouses or family members when you're sent to police station. This happens if those who get caught a bit yaya and try to act hero and quarrel with them

Based on what my buddies who told me, based on their get caught experiences, so long you are honest and admit, they do not do anything to you. They also do not want to waste more time to bring you down to police station and write statement.

But some may try to act hero and want to protect the girls by saying she is his gf. Never said that !

My friend did that previously and regretted because when AV asked him his "gf name and date of birth", my friend answered wrongly. Then he realised the FL is lying to him all the while

i tt hc workers r registered one....according to one of my fren he says those workers there go reg medical chkups like prostitutes...or the raid is juz to flush out all those unregistered ones....coz if raids r regularly implemented den how come various hc can survive so long for many yrs?

Bros, be also very truthful when signing in the register. If you do not give your correct details e.g. name and nric no, you will also be in trouble... as well as the operator if he lets you in without a proper record. Nowdays they burst joints just for not keeping a proper register of customers. Thats how strict they have become

Yes, by right, all workers at HC are registered ones and go for health check.

But quite a few HCs have unregistered ones as well too, even though most of the girls are registered. Sometimes, due to demand, HCs may get freelancers from outside and these are usually not registered and may not go for health check.

How these HCs survive so long ? Simple, they do not get caught often. Even if they get caught, all they did is to change the management behind and continue to operate

Each time they change management, the record is reset to 0
