Bro, I think you are quite young (20s-30s)? so your energy a lot and you don't have a gf and you are using FL to settle your urges.

1) To reduce your urge, stop looking at those FL websites.

2) Get a GF or FB and do it...much cheaper and definitely cleaner and healthier.
