no need evidence lah.. police can't do anything to u but if your wife know you are in a hotel room with a suspected chicken, u are done for any way..

I know in the US it is innocent until proven guilty. But here, once you are hauled up to court, you are guilty until proven innocent!!!

Situation Normal All Fucked Up!

The raids in transit hotels. Well, agree with many bros - get rid of the evidence. However, i believe that the AV's know the law and are taking full advantage:
1) No evidence can't press charges
2) However, they maybe able to detain you based on grounds of suspicion (i think).
3) Their objective is not really to arrest/charge the locals (a) they want to stop all the FL activities - that i can understand (b) the bigger picture here is to drive FEAR! its all to well known that its about picking that one or two unfortunate souls and set them up as EXAMPLES. Following which many bros will be worried and avoid such activities.
4) Should you be detained (i think its 24 hours max) - they will request for your family member to sign you out from the place of detention. Now, I'm not sure why it has to be a 'family member', I'm sure anyone can sign someone out. But then THEIR OBJECTIVE IS POINT 3B - Drive FEAR!

Solution (for some):
I'm a player myself and its really fucked up. I patronize the legal scene in GL and when I'm out with my buddies at KTVs or other pick up joints, I don't proceed to transit locations anymore, i get a full night stay at other places. Price is slightly more but it beats having the concern of someone knocking on the door and playing into the hands of the AVs.

Never believe the media, what inspired me to write it? Several but i gave 1 good example. If they write the tooth? The papers cannot hit sales target, that is no good.

the main purpose is to create fear to cheongsters and public showing they got do their work...

wondering, if they really ask family members to bail you out once you are caught. did they know the consequences they are creating?? higher divorcee rate for sg? i also discover since they start raiding, more molesting and rape cases appear in the chinese newspaper.

i agree some bros said, why they cannot concentrate on those more harming activities, like vandalism by loan sharks, teen gang fight etc. or they are incapable in doing these hard jobs, whereas they only know how to pick on soft jobs.
