How to cut down or quit going to massage?

Bro, I salute you for spending so much on those greedy expensive spa. My suggestion to you is visit 1 month once or twice to a 50/50 spa and support them. This definitely won't burn a hole in your pocket

Get a hobby that involves a social group like sports (running). Many groups on facebook and a w eekend run session will eat up half a weekend day if you include the post run makan and socialising (which you can well-afford the time as you are single). Other time and attention consuming hobbies are model-building, art, music, photography, leads to social engagements which will distract you from spas as you won't have too much free time on your hands..

Can't help much, but if you think of alternatives to spending $2800 a month..

1) first, I really salute that at age 38, you can cum 5 days a week and not feel drained

2) if you think about what can you buy with $39k for a year - maybe you would be able to moderate and spend on other things that are longer lasting. For example, invest $1k a month and get to retire abit earlier, go BKK a few times a year ($8-10k for 4 trips annually, includes mongering), be filial son and bring parents to a short holiday. If you save 70% of what you been spending, maybe enough to do a downpayment for a private property in 1 to 2 years time (assuming you already have 200k in your bank acc and cpf OA combimed)

3) cheaper alternative - go geylang, spend $100 for 40min session at 1832 or 1838 who tend to have prettier girls. You can tell them you want just massage and hj, b2b massage, or straight up FJ. If you do at the same frequency as what you are doing now, you confirm become their vvip and confirm attain mega gfe treatment

I used to go to spa like 3x a week, haven't cpunt Geylang, KTV and the Domes. So yes, expenses super high.

Years back just before COVID, I started working out. Got myself certified as an instructor and that changed my life in many ways.

When you hit past your 40s and into 50s, stamina and fitness counts.

My sex life has completely changed. I still go to spas, Geylang and the Domes. But less, because now I look for FBs or ONS that has reduced my whore-expenses alot. For Spas, confirm I don't go to those high entrance rates and those that charge more than $60 for roaming.

My dome expenses also reduced by half thanks to undertable forum where you meet the like minded for free fxxk.

I cannot deny that I'm a sex addict. It got so bad that in office after meetings, I will go to bath room to jerk off or make appt with FLs to release.

My industry alot of hot girls so I need to find a release. Cos cannot shit in own back yard. Years years back I fxxked my own project manager then rumors start, so now got to keep my shit together and release properly.
