Very good advice from the panelists (lawyer, property agent, flat owner victim, MOM rep, reporter) on how to deal with these people. It's real eye opener to see the various ways these syndicates scheme to con the property agents & flat owners into renting the flats to them.

I also agree. Those that using hdb flats as brothels should be reported to the police and put on stomp.

Some girl will rent a whole unit with some prc guys to act as cover, she will just need 1 room and will foot majority of the rental. Those guys are more than happy to help out.

Seriously I doubt the police will confiscate the money, from what I understand the purpose of the white card is so they can stay and help police in investigation against okt. But whether they can work during this period I am not sure. But if they take their money than what are these fl going to live on.

Well, police also held their passport and their china handphone. With nobody to turn to and unable to leave Singapore, they had no choice but to continue their "services" here. One of my regular only provide massage but she said she was pushed to take fj because she couldn't survive here anymore and still couldn't leave the country.
