What is your take on having to wait over 30 minutes to 50 minutes even though you called in to make a booking?

My experience over the past couple of weeks. Assuming I visited once a week. Same WL in this house.

First time arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled time, e.g. 5pm. Was informed that the current session will end around 5:30pm. Ok, so that means a 30 minutes wait.

Second time, I arrived 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. WL was sitting on the sofa. She explained that she did not know I'm coming. As she is available, it is fine.

Most recent experience, I arrived 10 - 12 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Opened the door and saw the same WL signed at the counter, and walked into the room with another bro. She saw me and looked apologetic. I sat down, had a sip of water and decided this is annoying. I started walking towards the door. OKT asked "You don't want to wait?". I ignored and continued walking out.

While I understand that OKT wants to maximize WL time in the room, but come on, 10 minutes prior to scheduled time, still recommend the WL to a walk-in customer so that the one making a booking has to wait 50 minutes?

What's your experience with booking and waiting time?

For me if I booked and I arrived early, I am ok to wait for max 15mins. As OKT/WL should not take any walk in 30mins before your appointment. Unless is a 30mins walk in job.

I called the house number and spoke to OKT.

I have the WL contact but don't wish to disturb when she could working.
