You can use media player classic-hc, or you can find K-Lite Codec Pack which includes both player and codecs.
rename srt to same name as the video.
Note that the srt given by bossyGin is for the version with commercial in front, so you probably need to add delay yourself.
Correct HD version is about 3.39GB
