Had my scare 2 years ago. Same symptoms, fever, pain in back, burning sensation when urinating with bloody red bump on penis head.

Went to the doc and got diagnosed positive for herpes. Received a jab and recovered a week later. Tested neg for all other STDs.

That was my 1st STD in all my years of chionging raw with LBs, now I frequently test once a year.

All the best bro, from what the doc told me, a 4th gen HIV test is more or less conclusive after 4 weeks of exposure.
