I remember during my times in NUS, 20 yrs ago that was the fun for us.
The most fun was the "pond dunking" or "ponding" rituals where the fresh gals will be instructed to wear white T shirt before 4 guys holding her limbs will submerged her into the pond and raising her up for consecutive 10 times.
