Cut out salt, fats, sugar, oil as much as possible, to the very bare minimum at the very least

Eat fresh fruits, nuts, vegetables, white meat and drink water, non sugary drinks, low fat milk, non sugary low fat milk hot beverages, say no to beer

Try and stick to only one full meal a day and give it a few hours before going to sleep

The trick is to get disciplined as soon as possible and once you have got your diet under control you should realise that you do not crave for salt, fats, sugar and oil anymore, and you should see a drop in weight, your tummy should shrink and you should feel more healthy

Also important to get at least seven hours of uninterrupted peaceful sleep a day

Disagree. I consider myself very healthy, both physically and mentally, without any issue. I also have no problem finding GF if I want. But I still prefer chionging because: 1. the cost is lower than GF/Wife, $200 a pop instead of fine-dining, expensive gifts, sumptuous vacation blablabla 2. timing and service are completely predictable, in real life I'm not a very assertive person and may not get what I really want.
